Authorized use

The field-operations service is intended for authorized Simple Contractor Co. personnel. Users must provide accurate information, protect their sign-in credentials, use only their assigned profile, and follow company policies and applicable law.

Field records and device features

The service may be used for schedules, job assignments, timekeeping, production records, job photos, incomplete-work reports, time-off requests, and end-of-day forms. Users are responsible for reviewing entries for accuracy. Location and camera features operate only when supported by the device and allowed by the user.

SMS program

Simple Contractor Co. may send optional, non-marketing text messages to employees who provide consent. Messages may include a one-time invitation to claim an employee profile and important account-access or profile-status notifications.

• Message frequency is up to four messages per month and may vary with account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, a confirmation message may be sent.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (380) 205-3847.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of employment or access to the field-operations service. Opting out of SMS does not prevent an employee from using another available account-access method.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, or operations. The service is provided for internal business coordination and does not replace official employment policies, payroll review, safety procedures, or supervisor instructions.
