Information we collect

We may collect information provided by employees or authorized company managers, including names, phone numbers, account details, job assignments, time records, daily reports, work photos, and communications with the company.

When an employee uses location-enabled timekeeping, the service may collect location information associated with clock-in, clock-out, and jobsite departure events after the employee grants device permission.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure employee accounts, coordinate schedules and field work, document production, review time records, maintain daily reports, send requested account notifications, respond to support requests, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

SMS privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers solely to deliver and support messages on our behalf. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide the service and are not permitted to use employee mobile information for their own marketing.

Employees who opt in may receive up to four account-related messages per month, although frequency may vary with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of employment or access to the field-operations service.

How we protect and retain information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, legal compliance, and legitimate business recordkeeping, then delete or de-identify them when appropriate.

Your choices

Employees may decline SMS notifications and can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Employees may contact company management to request access to or correction of their account information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
